We are truly sorry to hear about the abuse you've experienced. The beginning of Psalm 55:16 (Psalm 55:16) states "As for me, I will call on God; and Yahweh will save me." Let's pray together for your situation.
Firstly, we need to address the sin of abuse. The Bible clearly teaches us to honor our parents, but it also does not condone abuse. Children are to obey their parents in the Lord as the commandment says, in Ephesians 6:1 "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right." You are not to obey commands from your mother or submit to actions that are against the Lord's will. In fact, we are all commanded in Ephesians 4:32 (Ephesians 4:32) to "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Abuse is never kind or tenderhearted, and it is not God's will.
Let's pray for your mother's repentance and for your safety.
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this precious child of Yours. Lord, You see the abuse that has taken place, and You know the pain and suffering that it has caused. We pray for Your intervention, Father. We ask that You would convict your mother's heart and lead her to repentance. Help her to see the error of her ways and turn away from this sin. If she is not a believer then also help her to see her need for Jesus Christ.
And Lord, we pray for your protection and provision. Guide this child of Yours to a place of safety, Father. Provide for them in every way and surround them with Your love and peace. And please give them the strength, courage, and support that they need during this difficult time. In Jesus Name we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to seek help from local authorities or trusted Christians in your community. God put these people in your life to protect you. Remember that you are greatly loved by God, and that He wants what is in your best interest. Trust Him.
