Need help praying for ###

My issues this week have been focus. I’ve been very forgetful of things that I shouldn’t have forgotten. My mental state has been moving slow like my finances. I can’t seem to win at anything I try to accomplish. There’s always a roadblock or detour. This leads to my discouraged approach to life. My debt from over 7 years ago, which my deceased son was on SSI for an overpayment that I created by not spending his monthly payments due to me saving for a handicap van for transportation for him to go to all his doctor's appointments and therapy sessions. Now I’m being cited for these costs after his death when I have no money to pay. They want $2,000 over $2,000 for me to pay, and I honestly don’t have it. I work to pay bills, and that’s all I have. My focus is so distracted I don’t know which way to go.

Firstly, let's address the issue of focus and discouragement. In Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), it's written, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It's crucial to keep our focus on God, trusting that He has a plan and purpose even in our struggles.

We pray, "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your help. ### is struggling with focus and focus tempted to be overwhelmed by circumstances. Please sharpen her mind and give her the ability to concentrate on what truly matters. Remind her of Your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Regarding the financial burden, remember what Jesus said in Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB), "Therefore, I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ... But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

We pray, "Lord, ### is facing a substantial financial burden. We ask for Your divine provision and wisdom. Guide her steps, Lord, and help her to trust in You. We also pray for the officials involved, that they may act with compassion and understanding. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we want to encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). It's important to keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2, WEB).

We noticed that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. We believe that it's only by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16, WEB). If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven, given among men, whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).

We're here with you, sister. We feel your struggle with focus and the weight of financial burdens. Let's lean on Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We know God sees you, and He's got a plan in this too.
