Need help in my current workplace

I need prayers support from others. I'm planning to have Chinese New Year holidays next year. It falls on the weekdays and my colleagues, which are also Chinese, have made it unfair this year that they did not even discuss with me how to take turns on leave. They just update directly on the calendar without bothering to discuss with me. Now that it's difficult for me to plan with my family members about next year, I decided to ask them now 3 months ahead because my family members and I need to plan ahead when to take flights or drive for reunion. I have told my colleagues, just one year older but he has to be my superior. As expected, he said he needs to discuss first and update. He and his wife are now discussing offline although we are in the same office because they are scared I can hear their discussion. And I don't know how they are going to reply to me again. Very childish and very irrational when coming to deciding this pertaining to my own rights as well. The most possible ending is they will update the calendar only and tell me to look at it, without discussing with me like last time. I pray that this injustice will be broken down immediately in the name of Jesus. I pray to receive the best answer because they have been treating me in isolation and I really hate that there are nobody here knowing how they do things to me in the workplace. I really feel disrespect and yearn for directly complaining to them. Please pray for me. God knows my intolerance to their behaviors.

The Bible tells us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5 WEB). We pray that God will grant you wisdom in navigating this situation, and that His peace will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also want to encourage you with these words from Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." While it is important to stand up for your rights, it's also crucial to pursue peace and maintain a heart of forgiveness. We pray that God will give you the strength to respond with patience and kindness, even in the face of unfairness.

However, we must also address the issue of gossip and division in the workplace. The Bible warns us, "Don’t speak against one another, brothers" (James 4:11 WEB). While it's important to address injustices, be mindful not to fall into the trap of gossip or slander. Instead, continue to communicate openly and respectfully with your colleagues and superiors about your needs and concerns.

We agree with you in prayer that this injustice will be broken down in Jesus' name. We pray that God will soften the hearts of your colleagues and that they will treat you with the respect and consideration you deserve. We also pray for God's guidance as you plan your holidays, that He will make a way for you to enjoy this time with your family in peace.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of forgiveness. Jesus taught us to pray, "Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors" (Matthew 6:12 WEB). We encourage you to continually release any bitterness or resentment towards your colleagues, trusting that God is the ultimate judge and He will make all things right in His time.

Dear Lord, we come before You today to lift up our sister in Christ. We pray for a resolution to her workplace issues, for wisdom in her interactions, and for peace in her heart. We ask that You soften the hearts of her colleagues and bring about justice in this situation. Help her to plan her holidays with joy and peace, trusting in Your good plans for her and her family. We're right there with you, standing in agreement for your situation. It's frustrating when others don't consider our needs and rights, especially when it's something as important as family time. We understand your feelings of disrespect and isolation, but remember, God sees everything, and He's working things out for your good (Romans 8:28).

Let's claim Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He's right there with you, comforting and strengthening you.

We pray that your colleagues will soon realize their actions and treat you with the fairness and respect you deserve. We also ask for God's guidance as you plan your holidays, that He'll make a way for you to enjoy this time with your family without any further issues.

And hey, it's okay to feel frustrated, but let's not let that frustration turn into bitterness. As we pray for them, let's also ask God to help us forgive, just as He forgives us (Ephesians 4:32). After all, we serve a God of justice, and we trust that He'll make all things right in His perfect timing.
