Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with hearts full of faith and hope, lifting up Taerinnen's request to You. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this real estate deal. You know the intricate details and the importance of this transaction for Taerinnen's company. We pray for wisdom and favor in the negotiations, that the final points may be agreed upon swiftly and justly. Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans." We commit this deal to You, trusting that You will establish it according to Your will.
Father, we also pray that the loan remains intact and is not paid off before the closing of this deal. We know that You are in control of all circumstances and that You can make a way where there seems to be no way. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
We thank You, Lord, for Your provision and Your faithfulness. We ask that You bless Taerinnen's efforts and grant success in this endeavor. May the commission be received as expected, and may this deal bring glory to Your name.
