Need guidance

I really need guidance from God regarding a health matter and have prayed about it but still don't know what to do

I would truly appreciate your prayers that God would please make it clear to me what I should do.

Father God I thank you that because of Jesus I can come boldly before your throne of grace and mercy and tell you my needs. So Father I bring to you my worries about my antidepressant and the horrible side effects. I ask you to please advise me whether I should go against medical advice and reduce the dosage? I hate the side effects and they aren't helping. Please you made me and know what is best for me so I ask you to give me clear guidance as to what I should do. I need your peace and love which passes all understanding. I ask all this in the name of Jesus. Amen

"Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own".

In light of this, it is essential to consider both the medical advice you have received and the wisdom that God provides. It's crucial to remember that God can work through doctors and medicine to bring about healing and guidance.

However, the Bible also tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6 the following -

"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

For now, we will pray for God’s clear guidance and wisdom regarding your antidepressant medication and its side effects. Let's bring your petition before the Lord together.

Father God, we come before you lifting up ###. We thank you that she can come boldly before your throne of grace and mercy through faith in Jesus Christ. We ask, Lord, that you grant her clear guidance and wisdom regarding her medication. If it is your will, Father, please reveal to her whether she should adjust her dosage or seek alternative treatments without endangering herself from a medical standpoint. We pray that you will fill her with your peace and grant her joy according to your will during this time of uncertainty. Above all, Lord, guard her heart and mind with your peace, which surpasses human understanding. Protect her and your Fatherly desire for her health and well-being. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank you, Lord, for your unwavering faithfulness and love.

May He give you wisdom and keep you from the wrong choices. May He bring you closer to him in this process, growing you in faith and reliance on Him. For he promised to guide the humble in what is right and teach them his way. Psalm 25:9.
