Need feedback please

So yesterday I was told about the neighbors' daughter got in a horrible four-wheeler accident and had to be life-flighted and wasn’t doing good. I don’t take that kind of news about anyone good, just who I am I guess. I told her that was awful and that I would pray for her and her family. Mind you, if I lived by them for 2 years, never really said much, just a wave here and there, but anyway, I came down to my room, shut the door, and prayed and started crying while doing so, and it seemed odd to me, but I finished and went about taking out boxes to the recycling after this. And I go to walk inside the house, I hear a hi from someone. I look over and it’s the neighbor girl. It sent chills down my back. I came in and got confirmation that it was her that just said hi to me and that she had been released. I was relieved to hear that for her but was in shock, not that I prayed and like for healed her, not that, but like it was like he was showing me she was ok. Cause like I said above, I’ve never have talked to them till she had said hi. What is y’all’s outlook on this? I’m new to faith so to me this is another awesome sign he has shown me. It made my day for the fact she was fine and God is great and almighty.
