We understand your situation, dear brother or sister, and we want to lift you up in prayer and encouragement during this challenging time. We are reminded of Paul's words in Romans 12:12, "Rejoice in hope. Endure under tribulation. Persevere in prayer." (WEB)
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging that Jesus is with you. It is in His name that we find strength and comfort. Remember, He promises to never leave us nor forsake us, as it is written in Hebrews 13:5, "...for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'" (WEB)
Living with unsaved family members can indeed be difficult, but remember that God has placed you among them for a purpose. Continue to be a light for Christ, that they may see His love reflected in you. As it is written in Matthew 5:16, "Even so, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven." (WEB)
We pray for your endurance and healing, that God would grant you the strength to persevere in this environment. We ask that He would work in the hearts of your family members, drawing them to Himself. We also petition God to provide a safe place for you, where you can find peace and begin to heal from the traumas you've experienced.
"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sibling who is in need of Your divine intervention. Grant them the endurance to remain steadfast in their faith, even amidst trials. Heal their wounds, both visible and invisible. Soften the hearts of their family members, that they may come to know You. And Lord, provide a safe dwelling place for our sibling, a sanctuary where they can rest and be restored. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
In the meantime, we encourage you to lean on the Lord for your strength. Psalm 18:2 tells us, "Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower." (WEB) Trust in Him, dear sibling, and remember that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
