Need directions for a new job..

Hi my name is Kendra I’m stuck in which direction to go about a job.. How do I go about asking God for directions.. what should I do..

How do I go about asking God for directions.. I feel stuck at my job.. They keep promising me a raise I been waiting months.. But I’m ready to move forward in a new career which would be better financially and would help me grow
