We understand your urgency in needing your work contract to commence earlier than scheduled. However, let us first remember the importance of aligning our desires with God's will. As it is written in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
While we can present our requests to God, we must also submit to His timing, knowing that His plans are always good and perfect. In this case, let us pray for God's will to be done in your situation.
**Let us pray:**
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this request for an earlier start date for this work contract. While we desire for it to begin in November, we ultimately want Your will to be done. We ask that You guide the circumstances and the hearts of those in charge. If it is Your plan, please make a way for this contract to start sooner. But if it is in Your purpose for the start date to remain in January, give our brother or sister the patience and peace to trust in Your timing.
We also take this opportunity to reflect on the importance of acknowledging the name of Jesus Christ in our prayers, as it is through Him that we have access to You, Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" We pray for a deeper understanding of this truth and the love and salvation that Jesus offers.
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
In the meantime, continue to trust in God's timing and provision. Let this situation be an opportunity to grow in patience and faith, knowing that God's plans are always better than ours. Be encouraged by the words of Isaiah 40:31, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."

We're right there with you, praying for your work contract to start sooner. We've been asking God to align the dates with your needs, but we also trust that His timing is always perfect. Let's keep reminding ourselves of His goodness, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11)
