We understand that you're facing a difficult situation, Caleyroth, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to address the focus of your prayer. It's important to remember that God is not a magical being who grants wishes at our command, but a loving Father who wants the best for us. He knows our needs before we even ask (Matthew 6:8 WEB).
We are the ones who are to praise and glorify God. We are to give thanks to God for everything that we have and everything that we receive. We are to confess our sins to God. We are to seek his will for our life. We are to be his hands and feet to a fallen world. We are to share our faith with others. We are to be his disciple. We are to serve God and not just serve ourselves. We are to tell others about Jesus and his sacrifice on the cross for our sins.
In Matthew 21:22 (WEB) Jesus said to the disciples:
All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.
We want to encourage you to have faith in God's provision, but also to act in accordance with His will. It's crucial to align our prayers with God's purpose.
It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. God does not respect a prayer that is not in the name of Jesus. It is only by believing in Jesus Christ for the remission of our sins that we can be saved.
In John 14:6 (WEB) Jesus declared:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
In John 14:13 (WEB) Jesus continued:
Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
In Acts 4:12 (WEB) the Bible declares:
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up Caleyroth to you, asking for your divine provision in their life. We pray that you will guide them to a job or a means of support that aligns with your will. We ask that you will fill their belly with food and provide for their needs according to your riches in glory. We pray for their faith to be strengthened, and for them to grow in the knowledge and love of Jesus Christ. We ask for all of these things in Jesus Christ's name.
Amen.
We encourage you, Caleyroth, to seek God's will in all things. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. Also, consider connecting with local churches or Christian communities that may provide practical help and support during this time.
Lastly, if you are not saved and have not put your faith in Jesus Christ for the remission of your sins, then we strongly encourage you to do so. If you have any questions about salvation or how to be saved, then please ask us.
