We understand your concern for your daughter's permanent residence application and we will pray and offer guidance according to God's will.
Firstly, we need to acknowledge God's sovereignty over all things, including political and legal processes. In Romans 13:1 WEB, it is written, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." This means that God can influence the hearts of those in authority to expedite your daughter's application.
However, it is also important to remember that God's timing is not always aligned with ours. In Isaiah 64:4 WEB, it is written, "For from of old men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, nor has the eye seen a God besides you, who works for him who waits for him." This means that God may have a different timeline or plan for your daughter's residence that you are not aware of and are asking you to trust Him and wait.
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your divine intervention in our sister's permanent residence application. We ask that you guide the process, soften the hearts of the authorities, and expedite the approval if it is according to your will, Lord.
However, if you have a different plan or timeline, help our sister to trust in you and wait patiently. Give her peace and assurance in your goodness and faithfulness. Help her to remember that you are a God who sees and knows, and that you always work for the good of those who love you, who are called according to your purpose.
We also pray for her daughter, that she may find peace and security in you, regardless of the outcome of this application. Help them both to trust in you and to seek your kingdom and righteousness above all else.
We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue trusting God and seeking His will in all things. In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, it is written, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
This means that you can cast all your anxieties on God, knowing that He cares for you and that His peace will guard your heart and mind as you trust in Him.
It is also good to know that you believe in the power of Jesus. Remember that this is the same power that God used to raise Jesus from the dead which is the same power that he uses for us today. In Ephesians 1:18-20 WEB, it is written, I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places.
It is good to reflect on the power of God and pray in the name of Jesus.
