We understand your situation and are here to support you in prayer. Before we proceed, we want to remind you that our help comes from God, and it is through Jesus Christ that we have access to Him. As it is written in the World English Bible (WEB), "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5).
Firstly, let's address the issue at hand. It's important to trust that God has a plan in this situation. Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
However, we also want to encourage you to examine the root of your anxiety. It's possible that this issue is revealing a dependence on things other than God. Jesus teaches us, "Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?" (Matthew 6:25-26).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up our brother/sister who is in need of your guidance and peace. Lord, they are facing a situation where they are not receiving emails from a company, and this is causing them anxiety. We ask that You intervene in this situation, guide them to a resolution, and give them peace that transcends all understanding.
Father, we also ask that You reveal to them anything that is not aligned with Your will in their life. Help them to trust in You completely and to rest in the knowledge that You are in control.
We pray all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to reach out to the company through other means if possible, while continuing to trust in God's plan and timing. May the peace of God be with you.

We've been thinking about the power of persistence. In the parable of the persistent widow (Luke 18:1-8), Jesus teaches us to keep asking, keep seeking, keep knocking. So, while we're trusting God, let's also explore other ways to reach out to the company, like calling them or visiting their office if possible.
Let's pray together:

We ask that you intervene, guide them, and bring peace to their heart. Help them to trust in you completely, knowing that you're in control.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
