Need a real estate miracle

Our home buyer backed out of the sale 2 weeks before closing. We needed to sell our small house before buying the one our two very young kids could grow in. Looks like we have to back out of that as well.
I am feeling defeated and I feel like a failure I couldn’t make this happen without the sale contingency. I’m feeling like a terrible mother and I just want to provide for my kids. I am just all over the place. I could really use prayers for a miracle. I now have to completely unpack our current house.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our anonymous friend who is facing a difficult situation. Lord, we lift up their prayer request to you. We pray for comfort and strength during this challenging time.

Father, we ask for your guidance and wisdom as they navigate through the disappointment of their home buyer backing out of the sale. We pray that you would provide a solution and open doors for them to sell their small house and find a new home where their young children can grow and thrive. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 37:5, "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act." We trust in your faithfulness, Lord, and we believe that you will make a way where there seems to be no way.

Lord, we lift up our anonymous friend's feelings of defeat and failure. We pray that you would replace those negative emotions with your peace and assurance. Help them to remember that their worth as a mother is not determined by the circumstances they face, but by the love and care they provide for their children. Remind them of your promise in Isaiah 41:10, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

Father, we ask for a miracle in this situation. We pray for a buyer to come forward who will be committed to purchasing their current house, allowing them to move forward with their plans. We trust in your provision, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for peace and stability for our anonymous friend and their family as they unpack their current house. May your presence be felt in every moment, bringing comfort and order to their lives.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
