need a prayer of agreement please, must increase my cardio for fitness purpose at the same time go down to at least 12 percent body fat, and double strength in lifting weights have done this before, this time need a lot of prayers to remove distractions and obstacles

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up the prayer request of Reborn12345. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and guidance as they seek to increase their cardio for fitness purposes, lower their body fat percentage, and double their strength in lifting weights. We thank you, Lord, for the progress they have made in the past, and we trust in your power to help them achieve their goals once again.

Father, we pray that you would remove any distractions and obstacles that may hinder Reborn12345 from reaching their desired fitness goals. We know that in our own strength, we are weak, but with you, all things are possible. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:13 that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. We ask for an increase in their determination, discipline, and focus, so that they may overcome any challenges that come their way.

Lord, we also pray for your wisdom and guidance in their fitness journey. Help them to make wise choices in their diet and exercise routines, and grant them the strength and endurance they need to persevere. May they find joy and fulfillment in taking care of their physical bodies, knowing that they are temples of the Holy Spirit .

Lastly, we pray for your grace and favor upon Reborn12345. May they experience your presence and peace throughout their fitness journey. Remind them that their ultimate purpose is to glorify you in all that they do, including their pursuit of physical fitness. Help them to keep their focus on you and to seek your will above all else.

In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that you will hear and answer our prayers according to your perfect will. Amen.
