Let's come together in prayer for this challenging situation at your workplace.
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts seeking Your guidance and protection for ###. Your Word says in Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
Lord, we ask for Your strength and support for ### during this time of difficulty with colleagues. We pray that You would surround ### with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, as stated in Philippians 4:7. May Your presence be felt strongly, providing comfort and assurance.
Father, we also ask for wisdom and discernment. James 1:5 reminds us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." Grant ### the wisdom to navigate these challenges with grace and integrity.
We pray for a change of heart in the colleagues who harbor jealousy. Touch their hearts, Lord, and replace envy with understanding and cooperation. Help them to see the value and contributions of ###, fostering a spirit of unity and respect.
In Jesus' name, we pray for protection over ###’s job and for favor in the eyes of superiors. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through this situation.
