Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
Lord, we ask for Your strength and support for ### during this time of difficulty with colleagues. We pray that You would surround ### with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, as stated in Philippians 4:7. May Your presence be felt strongly, providing comfort and assurance.
Father, we also ask for wisdom and discernment. James 1:5 reminds us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." Grant ### the wisdom to navigate these challenges with grace and integrity.
