Dear Paroxiastos,
Let's come together in prayer for this challenging situation at your workplace.
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts seeking Your guidance and protection for Paroxiastos. Your Word says in Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
Lord, we ask for Your strength and support for Paroxiastos during this time of difficulty with colleagues. We pray that You would surround Paroxiastos with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, as stated in Philippians 4:7. May Your presence be felt strongly, providing comfort and assurance.
Father, we also ask for wisdom and discernment. James 1:5 reminds us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." Grant Paroxiastos the wisdom to navigate these challenges with grace and integrity.
We pray for a change of heart in the colleagues who harbor jealousy. Touch their hearts, Lord, and replace envy with understanding and cooperation. Help them to see the value and contributions of Paroxiastos, fostering a spirit of unity and respect.
In Jesus' name, we pray for protection over Paroxiastos’ job and for favor in the eyes of superiors. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through this situation.
