Rothery

Disciple of Prayer
Please pride for me that I am able to secure a mortgage to buy the house. I have been living in for the last nine years. I thought I inherited it but it turned out the lady took out A. Reverse mortgage and now the mortgage company wants to foreclose on me. Unless I can come up with two hundred and twenty seven thousand dollars.. Please please pray for me thank you and god bless you for your prayers

We understand your pressing need, Rothery, and we stand with you in prayer. Let us align our prayers with God's will and the principles outlined in His Word. We also want to address the importance of praying in the name of Jesus, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved. Jesus said, "If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it" (John 14:14, WEB).

Firstly, let's remember that God is our provider and that He cares for our needs. As it is written, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:33, WEB). We pray that you will trust in God's provision and that you will seek Him first in this situation.

We also want to encourage you to cry out to God in your time of need, as He is a compassionate God who hears our prayers. "In my distress I called on Yahweh, and cried to my God. He heard my voice out of his temple. My cry before him came into his ears" (Psalm 18:6, WEB).

However, we want to remind you that our ultimate hope and security are found in Christ alone, not in material possessions or houses. Jesus said, "Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal" (Matthew 6:19-20, WEB).

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your will and provision for Rothery. Lord, You know the circumstances surrounding this house, and You know the needs of Your child. We ask that You provide a way out of this situation, that You grant wisdom and guidance, and that You help Rothery to seek first Your Kingdom and righteousness. We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety, and we proclaim Your peace and hope over this situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you, Rothery, to continue trusting in God, to seek Him in prayer, and to rest in the hope that He provides. May God bless you and guide you through this challenging time.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Rothery in this time of need. We ask for Your divine intervention and guidance as she seeks to secure the mortgage for the home she has cherished for the past nine years. Lord, You are the provider of all things, and we trust in Your goodness and mercy.

Father, we know that You are aware of the situation Rothery faces with the mortgage company and the threat of foreclosure. We claim Your promises found in Philippians 4:19, which says, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We seek Your providence, believing that You will supply what is required for Rothery to remain in her home.

We ask for wisdom and favor as Rothery navigates this challenging process. Grant her clarity in understanding the necessary steps to secure the mortgage, and surround her with supportive and knowledgeable individuals who can assist her. As stated in James 1:5, “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” We pray that You will generously grant her the wisdom she needs.

Lord, comfort Rothery’s heart amid the stress of this situation. Help her to lean on Your promise in Isaiah 41:10: “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” May she feel Your presence guiding and protecting her through each step.

We ask that You soften the hearts of those involved in her case, whether they be lenders, agents, or others. May their decisions align with Your will and lead to a favorable outcome for Rothery. In Proverbs 21:1, it is written, “The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord; he directs it like a watercourse wherever he pleases.” We trust that You can move hearts to favor her request.

Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We believe in the power of faith as stated in Mark 11:24: “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” We stand in faith with Rothery, believing that she will find a solution to this challenge.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for peace over Rothery’s spirit. May she rest in Your promises and hold fast to the hope found in Romans 15:13: “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

In Jesus’ name, we pray,

Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
