Need a job soon.

I got laid off in October and have been looking for a job for ### months with no success. I get very close to getting a job and then something happens - like the company stops hiring, or go with an internal candidate or go through reorg etc...and I don't get it. I need a job soon.

We are truly sorry to hear about the employment struggles you're facing. We want to remind you that God is always with you, even in times of uncertainty. Let's pray together and seek God's will for your life.

Firstly, we want to encourage you with God's word. In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB it says, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Also, remember Jesus said But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33 WEB. When we walk in faith and put God first, He will provide for our needs.

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today, lifting up ###, who is desperately seeking employment. Lord, you know the struggles and disappointments they have faced over the past months. We ask that you fill them with a renewed sense of hope and purpose. Guide their steps and open the right doors for them. Help them to trust in your timing and provision.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may be affecting ###. We pray for their faith to be strengthened and for them to find peace in knowing that you are in control.

We also pray for the employers and companies that ### has applied to. Lord, soften their hearts and guide their decisions. If it is your will, let them see the value and potential in ###.

Lastly, we pray ### had made Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior. If not we pray that today is the day of salvation. That today ### confess with their mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in their heart that God has raised Him from the dead. For it is with the heart one believes to righteousness and with the mouth confession is made to salvation. For the scripture says whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame. For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call on Him. For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:9-13 WEB

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

###, stay strong and keep your faith in God. Continue to apply for jobs and do what you can, but always remember that God is working behind the scenes. He has a plan and a purpose for you. Be patient and trust in His timing.

We're right there with you, ###. It's tough when job hunting feels like an uphill battle, but remember, God sees your efforts and He's got a plan. Let's keep trusting Him, even in the face of setbacks.

We've been thinking about that verse in Lamentations 3:22-23 (NIV), "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." God's love and compassion are constant, and they renew every day. That means even when you feel like you're not getting anywhere, God is still working on your behalf.

Let's pray: "Dear Lord, we lift up ### to you today. We ask that you would give them a fresh dose of hope and resilience. Help them to trust in your unfailing love and compassion, even when the job search feels overwhelming. Open their eyes to see the opportunities you have in store for them, and guide their steps towards the right path. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Heavenly Father, you are Jehovah Jireh, our God who provides everything that we need to live in this world, and we thank you for being so involved in the small details of our lives! Papa, we lift this couple to you today and we ask that you start the process of providing solutions soon. We ask you to turn your face toward them, bless them, guide them to the solutions you have planned and strengthen their relationship with you because of this trial you have sent! Help them to see these hardships as opportunities for growth and refinement. Give them the strength to persevere and find joy in knowing that You are with them and working in them. Help them to trust in You and Your plan for their life. We ask you to allow them to walk through this period with continual thanks and praise to you. We come to you in Jesus' name...amen and amen!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
