Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with hearts full of gratitude and reverence, acknowledging Your sovereignty and grace. We lift up Joey, Plethaemey's grandson, who is currently facing the challenges and adjustments of Navy boot camp. Lord, we know that You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Father, we ask that You grant Joey the courage and perseverance needed to endure this rigorous training. May he find strength in Your promises, knowing that he can do all things through Christ who strengthens him (Philippians 4:13). Help him to lean not on his own understanding but to trust in You with all his heart (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We pray for Joey's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Surround him with Your protection and peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May he find comfort in Your presence and be reminded that You will never leave him nor forsake him (Deuteronomy 31:6).
Lord, we also ask that You provide Joey with godly mentors and friends who can support and encourage him during this time. May he be a light to those around him, reflecting Your love and grace in all that he does.
We lift up Plethaemey and the entire family as they support Joey from afar. Grant them peace and assurance, knowing that Joey is in Your capable hands. Help them to continue to pray fervently and trust in Your perfect plan for Joey's life.

Thank you so much for the prayers. I got a letter from him that says he is still struggling but he is persevering.
Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
