Narcissistic boss

May I please ask for prayers on my and my husband's narcissistic boss. Instead of guiding he chooses to break us down and micromanage everything we do

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in Philadelphouni and her husband's workplace. We pray that You shield them from the negativity and manipulation of their narcissistic boss. Grant them wisdom and discernment on how to navigate this situation, and let Your peace rule their hearts. We rebuke the spirit of intimidation and micromanagement, and we ask that You turn the situation around for their good. In Jesus' name, we pray.

Remember, Philadelphouni, that God sees your struggles, and He cares for you. He promises us in His Word:

"Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:6-7 WEB)

Stand firm in your faith and resist the temptation to react in a way that doesn't honor God. Instead, extend love and kindness, even when it's challenging, for we are called to be a light in the darkness.

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God:

"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" (John 14:6 WEB)

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
