We are truly sorry to hear about the distressing situation you are experiencing, Brother Price. Let us first assure you that God is faithful to you and he is the only who can defeat these evil acts against you. Turn to God and the power of His son, Jesus Christ. We are called to put on the full armor of God so that we can take our stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand Ephesians 6:11-13.
First, it is important to understand that witchcraft is real and that it is forbidden and condemned by God. As it says in Deuteronomy 18:10-12, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh". In Leviticus 19:26, "You shall not eat anything with the blood. You shall not use enchantments, nor practice sorcery". It is also important to know that God forbids us to fear them, knowing He is the only who can defeat them. In Isaiah 47:12-14, Stand now with your enchantments, and with the multitude of your sorceries, in which you have labored from your youth; if so be you shall be able to profit, if so be you may prevail. You are wearied in the multitude of your counsels: let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save you from the things that shall come on you. Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: it shall not be a coal to warm at, nor a fire to sit before.
It is clear in the Word of God that we are to have nothing to do with witchcraft or the occult. In Acts 19:18-19, "Many also of those who had believed came, confessing, and declaring their deeds. Many of those who practiced magical arts brought their books together and burned them in the sight of all. They counted their price, and found it to be fifty thousand pieces of silver".
Let us pray together for your situation:
Heavenly Father, the name of Jesus, we bring to you brother price to seek your wisdom and your protection from these witchcraft acts perpetrated on him by his neighbors. We pray that you will be his shield and his fortress against these evil acts. We pray for the evil to be exposed and stopped. 1 John 3:8 says He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was revealed, that he might destroy the works of the devil. We read it says in Proverbs 26:2, "As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse that is causeless alights". Lord you know if this curse is causeless or not and we ask that you will bring to light any reason for this curse. We also know Lord that you have given us power to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm us. (Luke 10:19). We ask that the power of the enemy be overcome in this situation and evil be rebuked.
Brother Price, we also encourage and remind you that you have authority through the name of Jesus Christ to rebuke and reject any evil directed at you. You can pray and ask God to protect you and surround you and your home with His angels. We read in Psalms 91:11, For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. The evil one cannot prevail against the living God and the power of His Son, Jesus Christ. It is important to know that the devil is like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. We must stand against him steadfast in the faith knowing that the family of God is scattered abroad and he is subject to all of us through the name of Jesus Christ.
We also encourage you to be strong and courageous and to not be afraid. In Psalms 27:1, "Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?". In Psalms 34:4-9, I sought Yahweh, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. They looked to him, and were radiant. Their faces shall never be covered with shame. This poor man cried, and Yahweh heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of Yahweh encamps round about those who fear him, and delivers them. Oh taste and see that Yahweh is good. Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.
But we also must pray for your neighbors too. God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9). We must pray that they will come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
Brother Price, it is important to maintain your walk with God and His Son, Jesus Christ. It is only by his name you will be saved. For there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We encourage you to continue in your prayer life and the reading of God's word. It is also important to be away from all appearance of evil. (1 Thes. 5:22). We encourage you to avoid Facebook to prevent access to your picture.
Dear Lord, we ask that you cover brother Price with your precious blood. We pray for a hedge of protection around him. We pray that any witchcraft or evil directed at him be returned to the sender.
It also says in James 4:7, Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. And in Matthew 18:18-20, Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you will bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you will release on earth will have been released in heaven. Again, I assure you that where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them.
Brother Price, continue to be strong in your faith and the Lord will deliver you from this evil that surrounds you. Keep your eyes focused on Jesus and the promises in His word.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
