Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and his situation at work. Lord, You see the toxic environment and the unfairness he is facing, including the nepotism and lack of breaks in the hot, humid weather. We ask for Your mercy and protection over ###. Please provide him with strength and endurance to withstand these challenges.
Father, we pray for Your divine intervention to bring justice and vindication for ###. Let Your presence be with him, guiding and comforting him through these difficult times. We trust in Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We believe in Your power to change circumstances and bring about Your perfect will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
