Nails and hair healthy and strong.

Hair dense luxuriant voluminous like it used to be.
No falling off.
No thining but thick hairs again.
Guidance of the Holy spirit in taking food and supplements, exercising etc...
Hormonal balance and overall health. (menopause transition).
No stress but relaxed body.
Loving myself and not hating myself in any meaning of that word.
Embracing my feminitiy.

Nails no splitting or dammages.
Nails and beautiful.
Hormons, vitamins, all getting in order.
No tension, stress.
