Mysterious Ways

I've posted the last couple of days and this isnt as much of a prayer as it is a thank you. I was on my way to go and do something I shouldnt have been doing. I asked God earlier to keep me on the right path and to make that path clear to me. On my way to do this thing, My tire blew out and my car began to over heat. I pulled over and thought to myself. Is this him telling me something. So I called for help and help came. I learned that now I have reached out for Him he will always be with me, guiding me and watching over me for my mistakes. I came to the realization that as long as I put him first he will provide.
So because i wish to pray my prayer is simple. Thank you Lord for watching over me this night, I pray that you continue to watch over me and may this night always remind me to stay on the just path. To know you have reached out to me and placed a merciful hand on my shoulder turning me away from the things that would tempt me.

As per usual I will keep my primary prayer and I will post it and say it everyday until I remember it verbatim: I met someone. Someone who truly speaks volumes to my heart, God. She truly does. Shes beautiful inside and out and I really don't want to lose her. I came on too strong and now shes left but she still responds to me from time to time and I know some place in her heart she still cares deeply for me. So my Pray is yes for myself but also for her. To remind her of her feelings for me. To show her that I am a man of honor and value. That we can make it work together and if God that isn't possible, as much as it hurts me. I will ask you to let her find happiness. To give her YOUR love and protection. So that she may prosper in life and accomplish all her hopes and dreams. My heart is heavy to maybe sign over my one answered prayer and part of me hopes by doing so that you will have mercy on me and grant me my wish but this is the power of faith. This is my commitment to you and her. That even if I go unheard to PLEASE watch over her. Take my heart and whatever else I can give and watch over her. Protect her. Love her with all your grace and love.
