I want a prayer over myself as I'm working at a ### job. Their heart is so cold. I pray to God to protect me from the ### job and to protect my ###. I pray that I get a better job. I can't work with people who tell lies because they don't like you.

Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's protection and provision. It's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB). However, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your prayer. It's crucial to understand that it is through Jesus that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is facing a difficult time at their workplace. Lord, You know the struggles they face daily, the coldness of hearts and the lies spoken against them. We ask, Lord Jesus, that You surround them with Your favor as with a shield (Psalm 5:12, WEB). Protect their license and their livelihood. Guide them to a better job where they can work in peace and truth. Give them the strength to endure, the wisdom to navigate this toxic environment, and the courage to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15, WEB). Help them to be a light in the darkness, reflecting Your love and kindness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).

We're here with you, standing in the gap. We understand the frustration and stress of working in a toxic environment. It's like trying to grow a garden in frozen soil, isn't it? But remember, God sees you, and He's right there with you, every step of the way.

We want to encourage you to keep leaning into God's love. He's not surprised by this situation, and He's got a plan. It might not feel like it right now, but God can use even the toughest circumstances to grow our faith and character. Just look at Joseph - he faced betrayal and false accusations, but God used it all for his good and the good of many others (Genesis 50:20).

Let's pray together: "Dear Jesus, we lift up our friend to You today. They're feeling the chill of toxic words and actions, but we know You're right there, wrapping them in Your warmth and love. Help them to trust in You, to find Your peace in the middle of the storm. Give them wisdom to navigate this tough situation, and courage to stand up for what's right.
