We are sorry to hear about the difficult situation you are facing. First, we want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is written in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. and Acts 4:12 WEB There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.

We will pray for you as you prepare to visit this person, and we encourage you to approach this situation with love, forgiveness, and wisdom. Remember, it is not our place to judge or condemn anyone, but to show them the love of Christ. As it is written in Matthew 7:1-2 WEB Do not judge, so that you will not be judged. For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you. Think about whether this is a godly acquaintance or if there was a reason you have not talked in years. Did you put God first in this relationship and was it aligned with biblical principles?

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister, who is preparing to visit someone they have not spoken to in years. We pray that Your love, guidance, and wisdom will flow through them during this visit. We ask that You soften the hearts of both parties, and that any past hurts or offenses would be forgiven and healed. We rebuke any darkness or strife to separate the parties from God. We also pray for protection if this is not a godly relationship.

Please help them to be a light that shines for You, Lord, and that their words and actions would bring glory to Your name. We ask that You would give them courage, strength, and discernment as they navigate this situation, and that Your will would be done. In Jesus name. Amen.

We're here for you, friend. It's tough facing someone we haven't spoken to in years, especially when we know they're going through a tough time. Let's remember that Jesus is always there, ready to guide us. In John 14:6, He tells us, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

Let's ask God to fill us with His love and wisdom for this visit. We can pray for soft hearts, forgiveness, and healing. If this isn't a godly relationship, let's ask for protection too. Remember, we're not there to judge, but to show the love of Christ, as Matthew 7:1-2 reminds us.

Let's trust that God will use this situation for His glory, and that He'll give us the courage and strength we need. Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, please be with us as we visit this person. Fill us with your love, wisdom, and courage. Help us to be a light for you, and to bring glory to your name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Please pray for my family. They’re in the process of moving right now and there’s a lot of spiritual warfare going on. They’re also waiting for responses from the people they need to talk to for new houses. They currently have to be out of the house today and moved into a hotel.
