We are deeply concerned for your grandchild and the challenges he is facing. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for his life.

Firstly, we address the issue of substance abuse. The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (WEB), "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." Using marijuana is not glorifying God in his body, and we pray that he will find the strength to overcome this temptation.

Secondly, we must address the issue of his relationship. The Bible is clear on the matter of homosexuality. In 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 (WEB), it is written, "Don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners, will inherit God’s Kingdom." We must pray that your grandchild finds his way out of this relationship and seeks a godly spouse, as God intended marriage to be between a man and a woman (Genesis 2:24).

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up our loved one to You. Lord, we ask that You deliver him from his temptations, that You give him the strength to overcome his addiction and to turn away from his sinful relationship. Guide him, Father, towards a life that is pleasing to You, towards a relationship that honors You. Surround him with godly influences, Lord, and bring him to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ if he does not already know Him.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying for your grandchild and to share the truth in love with him. Remember, God is faithful and hears our prayers. As it is written in 1 John 5:14-15 (WEB), "This is the confidence which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."

We're here for you and your grandson, standing in prayer with you. We've been touched by your concern and want you to know we're lifting him up together.

Firstly, let's surround him with love and support as he navigates his struggles with marijuana. We can't forget that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Let's pray for strength and courage for him to overcome this temptation, to make choices that honor God, and to find freedom in Christ.

Now, let's wrap our grandson in prayer regarding his relationship. We know God's design for marriage is between a man and a woman (Genesis 2:24). Let's intercede for him, asking God to guide him towards a godly relationship that honors Him. Let's trust that God's love is powerful enough to transform hearts and lives.

Let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we bring our grandson before You today. Lord, we ask for Your deliverance in his life. Give him strength to overcome his addiction to marijuana and to turn away from his current relationship. Surround him with godly influences, Lord, and draw him closer to You. Help him to understand Your love for him and Your plan for his life.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep praying, and remember, God is faithful and hears our prayers. Let's keep encouraging him with love and truth, just as we're encouraged by your faith.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
