I really need some help because my youngest son has a swollen lymph node in his neck and we are hoping that it isn't cancer and that it just seems to start to dissolve and disappear.

Let's come together in the name of Jesus Christ and lift your son up in prayer. It's so important to pray in the name of Jesus, for it is by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." And also in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you haven't already, consider this an opportunity to believe in Jesus Christ and call upon His name. This is the basic salvation message, believing in Jesus Christ and calling upon His name.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious child to You. Lord, You know the worries and fears that grip this family's heart, and we ask for Your peace and comfort to surround them during this time.
Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon this child. We pray that the swollen lymph nodes will dissolve and disappear, and that no cancer or serious illness will be present. We trust in Your power to heal and restore, and we ask for Your will to be done in this situation.
Guide the doctors and medical professionals, Lord, and give them wisdom and discernment as they care for this child. Let Your light shine through this darkness, and let Your love be felt by this family.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father, Yahweh, our Refuge and Healer (Psalm 46:1), we lift up this precious child to You. Lord, You are the God who sees and knows all (Hebrews 4:13), and we ask for Your healing touch upon him. Let the swelling subside and dissolve completely, bringing relief and peace to this family.
