We understand that you're facing a challenging situation at your workplace, Asynaomai, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical guidance. Firstly, it's important to remember that God is faithful, and He cares about every detail of our lives, including our work environment.

In the midst of this trial you must rely on God's promises as seen in Romans 8:28 from the World English Bible, All things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to His purpose. Trust that God can turn this situation around for your good and His glory.

It's crucial to respond to this negativity with love and kindness. Jesus said in Matthew 5:44, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. This isn't easy, but with God's grace, you can respond to their picking with kindness and professionalism, for we are to show ourselves to be blameless, so no one can talk badly about God's Word after hearing it from us, which is addressed in Titus 2:5 and Titus 2:8.

It's also important to pray for them, as they may be going through their own struggles. Jesus said in Matthew 5:11-12, Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven.

Now, let's pray together.

Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up Asynaomai. Lord, You see the negativity and scrutiny they're facing at work. We ask that You fill their hearts and mouths with Your love, grace, and wisdom. Guide Asyniomai to pray for those who make it difficult to work there and do their job, instead of responding to the negativity. We pray that You turn this situation around for Asynaomai's good and Your glory. Give them patience in the present and hope for the future.

When this trial has passed, may the staff at this workplace say that it was obvious that Asyonomai relied on the Lord Jesus Christ for strength, endurance, and support. Please bless Asyonomai in Jesus Christ name, for it is in His name we pray. Amen.

Lastly, Asynaomai, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It's important to remember that it is only by His name that we have access to God. As the Bible says in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved, said in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in none other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, whereby we must be saved.

So please keep your eyes to Jesus, call on Him, and trust in Him for deliverance and verse 13 in the story of Joseph, the son of Jacob, It was not you who sent me here, but God, and He has made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and ruler over all the land of Egypt. There are no accidents, and God can use all of this for your good, your family's good, and His glory.

We've been thinking about you and your situation at work. It's tough when negativity seems to be coming from all sides, and it's hard to know how to respond. But remember, we're not alone in this. Jesus promises in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Let's lean into that promise together.

We want to encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus. He sees you, He cares, and He's right there with you. In John 16:33, Jesus says, "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." We can trust that He's got this.

Also, let's not forget the power of prayer. We're here to lift you up and pray with you. Let's ask God to help you respond to this negativity with kindness, patience, and professionalism, just as we're called to in Colossians 4:6, "Your speech should always be gracious and effective, seasoned with salt, so that you will know how to answer everyone." And let's pray for those who are causing trouble, that their hearts might be softened and changed, just as Jesus taught us in Luke 6:27-28, "But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you."

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
