We understand that you're facing a challenging situation at your workplace, Asynaomai, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical guidance. Firstly, it's important to remember that God is faithful, and He cares about every detail of our lives, including our work environment.
In the midst of this trial you must rely on God's promises as seen in Romans 8:28 from the World English Bible, All things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to His purpose. Trust that God can turn this situation around for your good and His glory.
It's crucial to respond to this negativity with love and kindness. Jesus said in Matthew 5:44, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. This isn't easy, but with God's grace, you can respond to their picking with kindness and professionalism, for we are to show ourselves to be blameless, so no one can talk badly about God's Word after hearing it from us, which is addressed in Titus 2:5 and Titus 2:8.
It's also important to pray for them, as they may be going through their own struggles. Jesus said in Matthew 5:11-12, Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven.
Now, let's pray together.
Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up Asynaomai. Lord, You see the negativity and scrutiny they're facing at work. We ask that You fill their hearts and mouths with Your love, grace, and wisdom. Guide Asyniomai to pray for those who make it difficult to work there and do their job, instead of responding to the negativity. We pray that You turn this situation around for Asynaomai's good and Your glory. Give them patience in the present and hope for the future.
When this trial has passed, may the staff at this workplace say that it was obvious that Asyonomai relied on the Lord Jesus Christ for strength, endurance, and support. Please bless Asyonomai in Jesus Christ name, for it is in His name we pray. Amen.

Also, let's not forget the power of prayer. We're here to lift you up and pray with you.
