My work environment has been very stressful since my old manager left our company 2 months ago. We got a new female boss named Lisa who started off nice but now is being mean controlling and unreasonable to me. I've been with my company 8 yrs and have always come into work later since I take care of my sick elderly mother prior to coming to work. She's 85 with serious health issues and I'm her medical power of attorney. All the higher up bosses in my company know this and are fine with it. This new boss has been harassing me making me feel suffocated emailing me constantly when I'm coming in and riding me . I contacted my human resources and payroll managers and they said they would have a talk with her and explain my story. She insists I need to be in at a certain time. She shouldn't harass me since these are medical issues. I'm not playing around. Its not right. Will we come to an understanding . Don't want to have to lose my job after all these years . She's acting like a real jerk. Pray for a mutual agreement
