We understand your heart's desire, Shardek, and we stand with you in prayer as you await responses from the colleges you've applied to. We believe that God has a perfect plan for your life, and we trust that His will shall be done.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Shardek as they wait for responses from the colleges they've applied to. We ask, Lord, that You grant them favor in the sight of the admissions officers, and that Your will be done in their life. We pray that if it is in accordance with Your perfect plan, that Shardek would be accepted into the college that will allow them to grow in knowledge, wisdom, and faith.
We also pray for Shardek's other dreams and aspirations. We ask that You look upon them with eyes of mercy and bless them abundantly. Remember Your promise, Lord, that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20 WEB).
However, we also remember that Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9 WEB). So we pray that above all, Shardek would desire Your will above their own, and that they would trust in You with all their heart, and not lean on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Shardek, we encourage you to continue to trust God and to seek Him first in all things. Remember that every good and perfect gift comes from Him (James 1:17 WEB), and that He has good plans for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and He will guide your path.
Lastly, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and that there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6 WEB).
