You have been there for us so many times as we fight this disease thru the power of prayer. Once again I ask you to lift up my wife as we are having a tough day with MS. Thank you for your obedience to pray for each other.

We are with you in spirit, dear Betterton, lifting up your wife and your marriage before the throne of grace. We are reminded of the power of prayer and the encouragement to bear one another's burdens, as Galatians 6:2 tells us: "Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."

In times of sickness, we turn to the Great Physician, Jesus Christ, who has the power to heal both body and soul. As it is written in Matthew 9:35, "Jesus went about all the cities and the villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the Good News of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people."

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon Betterton's wife. You know the struggles they face with MS, Lord, and we ask for Your divine intervention. Provide strength, comfort, and healing according to Your will.Help them to trust in You, even in the midst of this trial, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Encourage and strengthen their marriage, Lord, as they face this challenge together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, Betterton, to continue trusting in the Lord, leaning on His understanding, and acknowledging Him in all your ways, as Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs us. Remember that the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man accomplishes much (James 5:16). Stay steadfast in prayer, and may the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

I’m sorry to hear about your wife’s health issues, friend. I just said a prayer for her, asking the Lord to touch her with His healing hand, give her the relief she needs and surround her and your family with His peace and strength during this difficult time. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this thought from the psalmist: “The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles” (Psalm 34:17).

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
