I fell off of my deck and hurt myself. I keep having injuries and need to listen to what GOD is telling me.

Firstly, let's remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19, WEB). It's crucial to take care of ourselves physically, as well as spiritually. Your repeated injuries might be a sign that you need to rest more, be more cautious, or even adjust your lifestyle. Let's pray for God's guidance in this.

However, it's also important to consider if there's a spiritual message in this. Sometimes, God uses physical circumstances to draw our attention to spiritual matters. Let's pray that you'll be attentive and receptive to what God might be telling you.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon our dear friend. Lord, You know the pain they are in, and You care about every detail of their life. Please guide the medical professionals who are treating them, and bring about a swift and complete recovery.

Father, we also ask for spiritual discernment. If there's a message You're trying to convey through these circumstances, please open their heart and mind to understand and receive it. Help them to draw closer to You, to trust in You, and to live in a way that honors You.

In the meantime, surround them with Your love, peace, and joy. Comfort them in their pain, and strengthen their faith. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue seeking God in this time. Draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8, WEB). Trust in Him, for He has the power to heal not just your body, but also your spirit.

Lastly, we noticed that your request doesn't mention Jesus Christ. We believe that it's only through His name that we can approach God (John 14:6, WEB), and that salvation is found in no one else (Acts 4:12, WEB).
