Heavenly Father,
In Jesus' Name, we come to You today on behalf of Tiryall. Lord, we ask that You would give Tiryall the strength and courage to make healthy choices and to lose weight. We pray that You would give Tiryall the motivation and perseverance to stay on track and to reach her goals. Help her to find joy and satisfaction in the process of getting healthy and to feel encouraged and hopeful.
We also pray that You would give Tiryall peace and joy in her heart, and that You would lift her depression and fill her with Your love and hope. Help her to trust in You and to find her strength in You.
We thank You for Your faithfulness and Your love, and we ask that You would answer this prayer in Jesus' Name. Amen.
