We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles your son is facing. We will stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention and guidance for his employment situation.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." God has a plan and a purpose for your son, and we trust that He will guide him to the right job where his skills and talents can be used effectively. We will pray for godly employers who can value and benefit from your son's first-class degree in animation.
Regarding his autism, we know that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Timothy 1:7. We pray for your son to have supernatural self-control over his autism traits, and that God would teach him how to manage his autism with His power. Additionally, we pray for understanding and compassionate employers and coworkers who will support him in the workplace. Colossians 3:12.
We must also remember the importance of praying in the name of Jesus, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father. John 14:6. So, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our son to You, Lord. We ask for Your divine favor and intervention in his job search. Guide him to the right employment where his skills and talents can be used for Your glory. Help him to find understanding and patient employers and coworkers who will support him. John 16:24.
We also pray for your provision. Matthew 6:11,25-34. We know you are his provider and will take care of his living expenses while seeking employment.
In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.
In the meantime, encourage your son to keep applying, keep working, and keep seeking God for employment. If he is not a Christian, encourage him to believe in Jesus Christ. Remind him to pray for employment daily and to pray in the name of Jesus Christ for all things. Galatians 3:26-27,4:6-7; Romans 10:13; John 3:16; Acts 2:21; Acts 16:31; Romans 10:9-10.
