We understand your heart's desires and are here to pray and counsel with you in the name of Jesus Christ.
Firstly, let's pray for your son who is seeking employment. Remember, Jesus teaches us to ask, and it will be given to us; seek, and we will find; knock, and the door will be opened to us (Matthew 7:7 WEB).
*Dear Lord, we lift up the son of this dear parent to You. We ask that You would open the doors of opportunity for him and guide him to a suitable job. May he trust in You and Your timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
Regarding your other son, we must address this with love and truth. The Bible is clear about homosexuality. As written in 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 WEB, "Don't you know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don't be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners, will inherit the Kingdom of God. Such were some of you, but you were washed. But you were sanctified. But you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God."
*Dear Lord, we pray for this prodigal son. We ask that You would soften his heart and draw him to You. May he find his identity in You and turn away from homosexuality. We pray this in love, asking that You would transform his life as You have done for many others. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
Lastly, we pray for marriage for you and your sister's daughters. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman (Matthew 19:4-6 WEB).
*Dear Lord, we pray for godly spouses for this dear person and her nieces. We ask that You would prepare them for godly marriages and bring them together with believers who fear and love You. May their marriages be a reflection of Your love and grace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
