My thoughts...

Thread Cover Image
We understand that you're going through a difficult time, ###, with your thoughts consumed by ### and his activities. We want to help you find peace and freedom from these persistent thoughts.

Firstly, we commend you for reading Bible verses and staying in prayer. That's crucial in your journey towards peace. Remember, God promises us in Isaiah 26:3 (WEB), "You will keep whoever's mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you."

However, we want to gently remind you that if ### is not your spouse, it's important to guard your heart and mind from becoming preoccupied with someone else's life. As it's written in Proverbs 4:23 (WEB), "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life."

Let us pray for you:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up ### to You, asking that You help them shift their focus from ### to You. Take away any thoughts that are not from You, Lord. Fill ###'s mind with Your peace, Your truth, and Your love. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that Your plans are always good and perfect. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Also, we encourage you to fix your thoughts on positive and noble things, as Philippians 4:8 (WEB) advises, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."

Lastly, if you haven't already, consider confiding in a trusted Christian friend or counselor about these feelings. Sometimes, talking it out can help alleviate the burden and bring clarity. Keep trusting in the Lord, knowing that He loves you deeply and wants the best for you.

My thoughts are keeping me sad. I think about ### and what he's doing and who his with. If I could get past this it would help tremendously. I keep reading Bible verses and am in prayer all the time. But please, pray that the thoughts go away.
This is a lie from Satan who has convinced you this is the man for you. He isn't or he wouldn't be making you sad. Focus on God's will for your future and finding the right one for you. I know it can be hard but I pray resolution for you. God bless you in the name of Jesus Christ. His sheep know His voice, and another they will not follow.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
