He stated he is having a f**** up day and he just refuses to talk to me. I just hung up the phone to give him space. He has been acting rude and nasty to me the past couple of days since I've been helping my dad and now this. I ask God to take over in this relationship. I'm tired of the verbal abuse with him.

We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing in your marriage with ###. It's important to remember that God's design for marriage is one of love, respect, and mutual submission, as outlined in Ephesians 5:22-33 WEB:

"Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it... Nevertheless, let each one of you also love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband."

Firstly, we want to address the fact that you did not mention the name Jesus Christ. This is a very important issue since it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and it is only by his name that we can be saved. See Acts 4:12 WEB:

"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Now, regarding your situation, it's commendable that you're seeking God's intervention. It's crucial to pray for ### and your marriage, asking God to soften his heart and guide both of you. Remember 2 Chronicles 7:14 WEB:

"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

However, we must also address that verbal abuse is not acceptable. It's important to set boundaries and communicate that this behavior is harmful and not aligned with God's will. Consider Matthew 18:15-17 WEB:

"If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he doesn't listen, take one or two more with you, that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector."

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and ###'s marriage. Lord, we ask for Your intervention, that You would soften ###'s heart and help him to communicate openly and respectfully. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
