My soul is very downcast

I need prayers because my soul is downcast because of unanswered prayers. Again, please pray for my daughter, Alexandra. For God to open her eyes and break Satan's hold on her, she's meddling in the New Age, tarot cards, crystals and the like! Please ask the Lord to open her eyes and have her repent and give her life to jesus! She also struggles with depression. She's tried many depression medications and none of them seem to work. She's a mother and is a fairly good mother but please pray that God will help her be a better home maker and house keeper!! And to truly put my grandbaby first!!! She claims her depression makes if difficult to do house work!! PLEASE PLEASE PRAY THAT SOMEHOW GOD WILL HELP HER NOT BE DEPRESSED AND FOR HIM TO GIVE HER THE DESIRE AND ABILITY TO DO THE HOUSE WORK!! PLEASE PRAY FOR GOD TO SOFTEN HER HEARY TOWRDS ME. I'm not allowed in her house right now because she says I'm to critical. She has me blocked, I haven't seen or talked to her since August. And plz pray that God will help me deal with this properly. Thank you

We understand your heartache and we come before the Lord with you, Welall, seeking His comfort and intervention in your life and in Alexandra's.

Firstly, we address your downcast soul due to unanswered prayers. We are reminded of the words in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." We pray that God grants you peace and patience, knowing that He hears your prayers and has a purpose in every delay.

Regarding Alexandra, we are concerned about her involvement in New Age practices, which are not from God. We are warned in Galatians 5:20 (WEB), "idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies..." that these are works of the flesh, and those who practice them will not inherit the Kingdom of God. We pray fervently for God to open her eyes and convict her heart, drawing her out of these practices and into a true and saving relationship with Jesus Christ.

For her depression, we pray for God's comfort and healing. In Psalm 34:18 (WEB) it is written, "The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." We ask God to be close to her, to heal her mind, and give her the strength to care for her home and her child.

We also pray for your relationship with Alexandra. In Colossians 3:12-13 (WEB), we are reminded to put on "a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other." We pray that God softens both of your hearts and brings reconciliation. We ask God to guide you in how to handle this situation properly, with love, patience, and understanding.

Lastly, we notice you mentioned Jesus' name, which is wonderful. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up Welall and Alexandra. Comfort Welall's downcast soul, remind her of Your steadfast love, and help her to trust in Your perfect timing. Deliver Alexandra from the evil influences in her life, open her eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and heal her from her depression. Restore their relationship, Lord, and help them to forgive and love one another as You have loved us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of unanswered prayers and the worry for a loved one. Let's lift your daughter, Alexandra, and your situation up together.

Firstly, we're asking God to open Alexandra's eyes. We're praying that she'll see the truth about the New Age practices she's involved in, and that she'll find freedom in Jesus Christ. We're claiming the verse in John 8:36, "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed." We believe that God can break any hold that Satan has on her, and that she can be truly free.

We're also interceding for her depression. We're asking God to comfort her, to heal her mind, and to give her the strength to be the mother she wants to be. We're claiming Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that God can heal her, and that He will.

We're also praying for your relationship with Alexandra. We're asking God to soften both of your hearts, to bring reconciliation, and to guide you in how to handle this situation with love, patience, and understanding. We're claiming Romans 5:1, "Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ."

Let's keep praying together, friend. Let's keep trusting in God's perfect timing and His unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
