We understand the deep concern and love you have for your son, Leo. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for his life.
Firstly, let's remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." We pray that Leo may find rest and comfort in Jesus, and that he may learn from Him.
We rebuke the spirit of addiction that has taken hold of Leo. We pray, dear Lord, that You break these chains of addiction and set Leo free. May Your light shine into his heart, opening his eyes to see the truth and the path to freedom. As it is written in John 8:32 (WEB), "You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."
We pray that God grants Leo wisdom and discernment to recognize those who may be taking advantage of him. May he find his strength and identity in Christ, and not be swayed by the influences of the world. As stated in 1 John 4:1 (WEB), "Beloved, don't believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world."
We encourage Leo to find comfort and hope in the promise of God's word, that hard work does pay off. As we read in Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."
Most importantly, we pray that Leo may give himself to God, allowing Him to work miracles in his life. We pray that he may come to know Jesus as his personal Savior, for there is no other name by which we can be saved. As stated in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Leo in our prayers. Lord, we ask that You break the chains of addiction and set him free. Open his eyes to see the truth, and grant him the wisdom and discernment to recognize those who may be taking advantage of him. Help him to find his strength and identity in You, and to know that hard work pays off when we work as unto You. Most importantly, Lord, we pray that Leo may give himself to You, allowing You to work miracles in his life. We pray that he may come to know Jesus as his personal Savior, and be saved by His precious name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
