My son

I am requesting prayers for my son who is recovering from addiction. Please pray for him that he will stay strong and resist temptation. Pray that he will find new people who will influence his life in a positive way. And most importantly that he will know and accept Jesus as his savior. Thank you

We stand with you in prayer for your son, dear anonymous friend. We come before God with confidence that He is "able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us" (Ephesians 3:20, WEB).

Let us pray together:

"Father in heaven, we bring before You this precious son. You know his struggles and his journey toward recovery. We ask for Your strength and power to fill him, enabling him to resist temptation. 'No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it' (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).

We pray that You will surround him with influential people who will uplift and encourage him. May he find a community of believers who will walk alongside him and help him grow in his faith. 'He who walks with wise men will be wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm' (Proverbs 13:20, WEB).

Above all, we pray that he would come to know and accept Jesus as his Savior. Open his heart, Lord, to the truth of Your love and salvation. 'Because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation' (Romans 10:9-10, WEB).

In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue interceding for your son and trusting in God's promises. Remember, faith is "the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen" (Hebrews 11:1, WEB). Remind your son of God's love for him and the power of prayer. Trust that God is working in his life, even now.

Stand firm in your faith and "always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have" (1 Peter 3:15, WEB). May your son see Jesus in you and be drawn to Him.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. "Dear Lord, we come before You today, asking for Your mighty hand to be upon our brother. Fill him with Your strength, Lord, as he stands against temptation. Remind him daily that he's not alone, that You're always by his side, cheering him on.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
