My son ### has been in the hospital for over a week for severe nausea causing him not to be able to eat enough calories. They have put a feeding tube in and that has caused him to have too much discomfort to eat with his mouth, which is required for his release. Please pray with us that God will heal his discomfort so he will eat and be released from the hospital.

As a group, we pray together:

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the pain and discomfort he is experiencing. We ask that You touch his body, ease his discomfort, and help him to eat sufficiently and to regain his strength. Guide the medical professionals who are caring for him, and give them wisdom to provide the best care possible.

Father, we also pray for his emotional and spiritual well-being. Comfort him in this time of need, and remind him of Your unfailing love and presence. We ask that You fill his heart with peace and courage, and help him to trust in Your healing power.

Lord, we ask that You work a miracle in ###'s life, and that You restore his health fully. We pray that he will be released from the hospital soon, and that he will continue to walk in Your ways.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we pray, believing that You hear and answer our prayers. For Yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
