Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today on behalf of our brother Peter Ogonda, who is requesting prayer for his son Reagan Samuel. Lord, we lift up Reagan's job situation to you. We ask that you would grant him favor and open the doors for him to secure the job he has applied for at the USA Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya.
Lord, we know that you are the one who holds all authority and power. Your Word tells us in Psalm 75:6-7, "For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another." We trust in your divine timing and your perfect plan for Reagan's life.
We pray that you would guide the decision-makers at the USA Embassy and grant them wisdom as they review Reagan's application. May they see his qualifications and potential, and may they recognize the value he would bring to their team.
Father, we also ask that you would grant Reagan peace and patience during this waiting period. Help him to trust in your timing and to remain steadfast in his faith. Remind him of your promise in Isaiah 40:31, "But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."
Lord, we pray for Peter and his family as well. Comfort them and give them peace as they support Reagan during this time. Strengthen their faith and remind them that you are in control of every situation.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your perfect will for Reagan's life and we ask that you would grant him this job opportunity if it aligns with your plans. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
May God bless you and your family, Peter Ogonda, and may His will be done in Reagan's job situation.
