We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you and your son Zachary are facing. We will stand with you in prayer and trust God for his healing and restoration.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promises for healing. In Exodus 15:26, God says, For I am Yahweh who heals you. It is important to believe in faith that the same God who parted the Red Sea can bring complete restoration to Zachary's life.
In Matthew 17:20-21 WEB, Jesus Christ says, Because of your unbelief. For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, Move from here to there; and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. But this kind doesn't go out except by prayer and fasting. We encourage you to hold on to faith in Jesus Christ and pray fervently for Zachary's healing.
Eating disorders can stem from various emotional and mental struggles, but God is able to bring healing. In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, the Bible says, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Zachary and Galaymar to You. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your healing power. We pray for Zachary's complete healing—mentally, physically, and emotionally. We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety, and we ask You to fill their hearts with Your peace and courage.
Guide the medical professionals who will be caring for Zachary, and give them wisdom and discernment in their decisions. Help Zachary to trust in You and to know that You are with him every step of the way.
We also pray for Galaymar, that You would strengthen her faith and give her the grace to support Zachary through this challenging time. Surround their family with Your love and protection, and bring them closer to You through this trial.
We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who is the only way for us to come to God.
And finally, we want to encourage you to continue seeking God's will for Zachary's life. Trust in His goodness and faithfulness, even in the midst of this storm. Remember that God is working all things together for good, for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28.
