We understand your concerns and are here to lift you up in prayer and offer guidance based on the Word of God.
Firstly, we are thankful that you have mentioned the name of Jesus in your prayer request. It is through His name that we have access to the Father, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let us pray for your requests:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention in these matters. Lord, we ask that You help our dear brother's son to stay awake, alert, and focused at school today. Guide him to complete all his tasks according to Your will. We trust in Your promise from Philippians 4:13 (WEB), "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."
Lord, we also bring before You the concern regarding our brother's mother-in-law. We ask that if it is Your will, let her appeal to stay in the nursing home for a few extra days be approved without any problems. We know that You care for the elderly, as written in Psalm 71:9 (WEB), "Donโt cast me off in the time of old age. Donโt forsake me when my strength fails."
Father, we also lift up our brother's health to You. Please grant him healing and strength according to Your will. We trust in Your promise from 3 John 1:2 (WEB), "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."
Regarding the election, we pray that Your will be done. We are reminded in Romans 13:1 (WEB), "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." We ask that You raise up godly leaders who will govern according to Your principles.
In all these things, Lord, we ask that You reveal Your will and guide our brother according to Your good and perfect plan.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we would like to remind you, dear brother, that as Christians, our ultimate hope and trust should be in the Lord Jesus Christ, not in any earthly leader. Our faith and actions should align with the Word of God, and we should seek His kingdom first, as instructed in Matthew 6:33 (WEB), "But seek first Godโs Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
