Tuedard, we understand your concern for your son and his job interview. We will pray with you, asking God for His will to be done in this situation. We also take this opportunity to remind you that our help comes from the name of the Lord who made heaven and earth. We take this opportunity to mention that even if not mentioned in the request, it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Let us pray together in Jesus name:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Tuedard's son to You. Lord, he had his seventh interview for the corporate position he has been pursuing for months. You know the details of his journey and the desires of his heart. You see his needs and have the power to provide.
Lord, we ask that You guide the decision-makers at the corporation. If it is Your will, open their eyes to see his potential and the value he can bring to their team. Help them overlook any minor stumbles and see the strengths and abilities he brings to the table.
In Your word, You promise that You have plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future. Lord, if this job is part of Your plan for him, we ask that You make a way for him. Help him to trust in You, even as he waits for an answer.
We also pray for Tuedard, that You would give them peace and comfort as they support their son through this process. Help them to trust in Your timing and Your will, knowing that You are working all things together for good.
We ask these things in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who gave His life so that we could have a relationship with You. We ask for Your guidance and the will of God for his career. It is in Jesus name we pray.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Tuedard, remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Trust that God hears your prayers and is working in your son's life. We encourage your son to keep trusting the Lord, and walking in integrity knowing that You are working all things together for good. Also, be encouraged to remember this job is only a temporary fix. The only true solution is putting faith in Jesus Christ the son of the Living God. For the wage of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
