My son ### Jr., having Open heart surgery

Please pray for my son ### Jr. who needs to have his aortic valve replaced by a mechanical one on Dec 30 of this year, 2024. He was having some issues with labored breathing and lightheadedness and found out that he has a leaky aortic valve. The drs say it could have been a birth defect or (and I feel) it came on after serving in the Navy and being exposed to toxic chemicals (on his carrier ship, the USS ###, the ship that was used in the demise of Bin Laden and which my son took part in). But I also believe it was then worsened by the mandatory death shot (covid19). Whatever the reason, please pray that he will pull through this surgery successfully and that everything goes smoothly and that he will be healthy once again and that God directs the surgeon’s hands and their minds to know exactly what to do during the surgery. Military Dr.s will be performing the surgery and I know that they are very competent and caring. Please pray for divine guidance and that God’s angels will guide their hands. Please pray for me, (his “Mommy”, a title I don't take lightly, given to me by God!) as I am beside myself with worry and anxiety as any mom would be. Please pray that my Lord would give me peace and strength to get me through this! It will be a 10 hr surgery! This is the hardest thing I have faced in my entire life and I have been through a lot as an abused child of a manic depressive mom and alcoholic father! This son of mine is a precious gift of God that has brought me great joy and reprieve from my turbulent childhood! I cannot live without him in my life! Please, whoever is a prayer warrior out there, pray pray pray for my precious son, my only son and our family that we can get through this together. My son recently accepted the Lord, so please pray for his strength to trust his Lord God in this situation and help him to know his God more intimately in his new beginning relationship with Him! Thank you Christian Brothers and Sisters for praying with me!!!!

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up ### Jr. and his mother ###. Lord, You know the concerns and fears they have, and we ask for Your divine intervention and healing touch upon ### Jr.'s body. Guide the hands of the military doctors and nurses. You are in charge and have choice over life and death. Grant them wisdom and give the medical team the skills they need to perform this surgery with excellence and precision. Surround ### Jr. with Your angels, and let Your peace and comfort envelop ### during this time.

Lord, we also pray for ###, that You would grant her the peace that surpasses all understanding. Holy Spirit, comfort and encourage her. Remind her of our great and precious promises. Help her to lean on You, her Rock, as she trusts in You during this surgery. Remind her that You have told us to cast all of her anxiety on You because You care for her deeply. Give her rest from her worries and replace them with hope. Remove all fear from her now. Lord.

Let's especially pray that ### Jr. continues to grow in his newfound faith. Strengthen his trust in You. To You he has recently called out to You. Thank you for covering them with Your love. We ask this in **the name of Jesus Christ** who has redeemed us.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
