We are with you in spirit, lifting up Jakeb before the throne of grace. Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for your loving kindness to be poured out on Jakeb. Today has been tough for him, Lord, and we ask for your comfort and strength to fill his heart. We pray for mental and physical healing, trusting in your word that says, 'I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds,' says Yahweh (Jeremiah 30:17 WEB).
We also ask for the joy of the Lord to be his strength, as it is written, 'You shall go out with joy, and be led out with peace' (Isaiah 55:12 WEB). Help Jakeb to find his happiness in you, Lord, and to radiate that joy to those around him. We long to hear his laughter, a sound of restored joy and peace.
We also pray that Jakeb would know you, Lord, intimately and personally. If he does not already, may he come to trust in Jesus Christ as his Savior, for 'there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved' (Acts 4:12 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Tachick, in these trying times, remember the encouraging words of the apostle Paul: 'Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus' (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB). Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep believing. God is faithful.
