My son is in the Military. Completed his airborne training and is in pre rasp now. He takes his physical exam tomorrow and is so worried. Please I pray that he passes and can move on to RASP. I told him God will guide you through. I'm just so worried. He is my only child and I am considered that Helicopter mom. I feel helpless not being there to cheer him on or give him advice. He has wanted this all his life. He is at Fort Moore which was fort Benning. Any advice would be helpful. Worried in New York

We encourage you, Arkythos, to trust in the Lord and to rest in the knowledge that He loves and cares for your son even more than you do. It's natural to feel helpless at times, but remember that God is always present with your son, guiding and protecting him. As the scriptures say, "Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, Yahweh, the Creator of the ends of the earth, doesn’t faint. He isn’t weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint. He increases the strength of him who has no might." (Isaiah 40:28-29, WEB)

Lastly, we encourage you to continue to pray and to encourage your son to trust in God. Remind him that God is the source of his strength and that with God, all things are possible. (Mark 10:27, WEB)

We noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As the scriptures say, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB) We encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is through His name that we are saved and have access to the Father. (John 14:6, WEB)
